　　The study of optimality conditions is one of the most important issue in optimization problems. In this talk, we are concern with a class of vector optimization problems with inequality constraints in a nonsmooth setting. We develop some second-order Karush-Kuhn-Tucker necessary optimality conditions for efficiency. A new second-order objective and constraint qualification of Abadie type is introduced. It is applied in optimality conditions. Some connections with other constraint qualification are established. Examples are also given to illustrate the obtained results. Our results generalize and extend some known results in the literature.

　　七、主讲人简介：

　　Ching-Feng Wen，2003年于台湾成功大学获得博士学位，2013年被高雄医科大学基础科学研究中心聘为教授，现为高雄医科大学非线性分析与优化研究中心主任。其研究领域包括最优化及应用、变分不等式、不动点及均衡问题。目前已发表科研论文100余篇。2011年-2016年连续6年获得高雄医科大学杰出研究奖。
